Well... embedded below is the complete 81-minute movie. Ms. Paley has made “Sita Sings the Blues” freely available to the public. A beautiful gesture befitting a beautiful work of art. (It is also funny and has lots of good music.)
Please enjoy as much of it now as your time allows.

Yaaaaaaa!
Cool of you to bring it up again. It's just a joy to watch. I downloaded her hi-res version that's also free and I copied it to my PS3 so I can show it to anyone at anytime.
^ Cool, M. I hope to see a 35mm print screened in a proper cinema at some point in my life.
But thanks for nudging me to check out Nina Paley's "Sita" merchandise page.
Alas, no XXXL t-shits... or even XXL.
^ Wait... she does have some XXL. But not the shirt I wanted. Oh well.
DOH!
Download to the PS3!
Why didn't I think of that?
Still thinking of it strictly as a gaming console as I haven't even bought a Blu-Ray disc, cause my old TV sucks.
All this will change.
I am hoping to run a multi screen , screening at one of the new venues I'm working at and of course kick back to the creator.
I must say, although I enjoyed it, that it's the song segments and animation style that do it for me more than the rest.
^ I love that Greek chorus of shadow puppets, too. Hilarious.
Which shirt print were you interested in? The Ravana one? That one's pretty cool.
^ The peacock Victrola.
