Well that took long enough! :p I remember this song came up in when you posted about "Native New Yorker." (I think that was the song.)

btw, UBM, I thought you'd do a re-post of the Jonestown story. Yesterday was the 30th anniversary and I hardly saw/heard any mention of it. Did I get the date wrong?

^ I don't know about the exact date, but there have been interesting retrospectives on MSNBC and CNN.

As for my Jim Jones audio, a lot of folks have found it via Google over the past week or so.

Me... I don't feel like listening to it again. Not for a while.

^After you posted the audio I actually listened to the entire thing. I also read "Dear People: Remembering Jonestown" and downloaded a couple of podcasts and a documentary.

I also taped an MSNBC special about it nearly two weeks ago.

Your post has kept the event on my mind. I just assumed that there would be more MSM coverage. :-/
