That video was very compelling!
It is a bit pathetic that black hip hop artists seem to promote the fetishization of black women in order to have a captivating video but this Japanese artist was not gyrating or debasing herself and the entire video was enthralling to watch....
I hope all the budding video girls out there watch and learn....watch and learn...

Thanks for commenting, Lisa. I watched it again after reading your comment... and I think what's compelling, to me, is a kind of Grace Jones vibe... the sculpture of her face, the stylistic coldness, on top of the groove.
