Bringing up Cephas & Wiggins the other day got me in a mood to check out the D.C. bluesmen on YouTube. There’s quite a bit of fan-shot video from events like the Smithsonian Folklife Festival.The clips I’ve pulled up on my Video Bar come from a fan known as ibchilln.
