Yeah, that works well.

Already psyched, naturally, and now it ratchets up a notch. Plus, we know the words will be as sharp as the production values and soundtrack.

Thanks for the preview, David. And congrats on being just four weeks from Do You Know What It Means liftoff. Sunday night launch is good, right?

Saw that TVOvermnind blogger Sam McPherson this week posted: Treme looks like it will be a show well worth watching.

And so it begins . . . Best wishes for more like that!

Fellow redhead loving the return of Miss Leo! It always remains impressive when directors, writers and actors can reconnect for a new story.

I am most looking forward to seeing how people will understand a bit more about the New Orleans type of economy. With no real industry typical to most other large cities, N.O. makes its own. The brass bands are prime example.

Congratulations...hope the show is a hit with viewers and fans alike!

I'm really excited about this. It looks great. I've just got to figure out how I'm going to get my hands on it.

Looks great. Congratulations, UBM!

I was never able to get in The Wire for some reason (only discovered it a few seasons in, and mainly only wanted to check out that foine Idris Elba) but I'm going to start off with "Treme" with the intent of becoming a major fan.

Thank you for sharing. I'm ready for it, and it looks even better than I'd imagined. (And once again, Simon does wonders with music. Wow.)

Yet another tired derivative formula melodrama..What ever happened to scripts that blazed with storytelling that was chezzy and eccentric??

David should mimic Tim Burton's Alice instead of the boring assembly line grit model of David Simon...

I am just not feeling this warmed over landscape...Nothing here that is organic and eatable...

How about a script where some negro or colored kids are expats in asia or south america and all the tales of thier ecounters...
