i wish you had a place to comment for UBM-TV. the current song is just one of those songs that sends shivers of childhood. got to love the early 70s soft.
Many make the claim, but the Beatles really are "forever".
As for the 5th Dimension, a criminally underrated group. Great songwriting and producing, lovely voices, great look and styling. They always looked like a superhero team...or the Scooby Doo crew...to me.

Absolutely, that dude. Songwriting itself seems like a lost art sometimes. But the story being told in "One Less Bell" -- and the way Marilyn acts it -- that's as rich and real and human and deep as any other kind of storytelling.
Anonymous, yeah, we LOVE us some Fifth Dimension! They're on heavy rotation in our car. Their music reminds me of such innocent times.
Back on topic, I love these girls, especially their song choices, but I swear I overheard them the Disney Channel on Zack and Cody which is on heavy rotation on our TV. Sadly, their not too far away from Miley and HSM.
I don't think the kids are creepy - probably just camera-shy or awkward as their parents probably forced them to perform for youtube. I think they are pretty good relative to a lot of hack-kid-star-wannabe's that have no idea of music or hint of talent.
If they're Australian, but live in England then yes. I was at the computer and not watching the episode. It was something about them being on a talent show on Zack and Cody if I overheard it correctly, but I could be very wrong. It was something about them being mistaken all the time for being English all the time. Then they sang. I wasn't paying too much attention. The rugrat gets an hour of Disney Channel on the weekends which I mostly tune out. Hopefully, I'm not sending you on a wild goose chase. It could have been another sister duet. Maybe it's listed on their website.

ah marilyn, why'd you have to go to "solid gold."
^ Comment wherever you feel like for UBM-TV. I'll never consider it off topic.
But yeah, Marilyn McCoo had it all, didn't she? Supposedly she and Billy are still out there doing it.
Great post, strange (but cute) kids.
One of those songs I got high by. I played it loud so that I could here all the background noises & conversations.
I always like Marilyn McCoo, so quietly sexy.

Jack: Yeah, there is something strange about those kids.
But Emily was born to play that guitar. Never mind those treacherous chords... I'm talking about her natural rhythmic feel.

Their countenance is a bit odd - they kind of remind me of Children of the Corn...
...but who cares, it's just so refreshing to see kids who aren't obsessed with Miley Cyrus and high school musical

Are you serious, GG? I must investigate.

^ No problem, GG. Thank for the additional info. Emily and Fiona are English but live in Germany... whence their YouTube videos originate.
