  3. Well, David. You are partially responsible for that stuff, you know?

  4. I've long suspected that ass crack was the source of all racial strife and socioeconomic struggle...

  5. i love america and this guy reminds me of the freedom we all enjoy - no matter how ignorant the voice behind the megaphone is

  6. Oh, Lord! Not these ignant dudes! Black and Mad...Mad and Black!

I've seen them shout at two black women walking next to each other (LESBIANS!) or a black woman walking next to anybody who looks remotely white (SELL-OUT!) or a black woman walking alone right past them with purpose ignoring them (ahem!).

Dude next to him is killing me in the costume

  7. Oh the Black Israelites. If this dude could form a single sentence with correct subject-verb agreement I may have been able to listen to any of it.

Now what you don't know, is this whole thing is happening on Market St in Philly, and happened everyday at the Broad & Olney bus station where I used to take the L bus home. Everyday. All throughout high school. See, this is why I've been forced to actively seek an interracial relationship. How's that for irony?

Hahaha he said he's got it all on cassette. With his jacket that looks like he stole it from Aaron Neville.

  8. By the way, while the topic is out there, are these guys rampant in your cities too (unless you live in NYC, where I know they're around at least a little bit)? Because if this is a Philly thing we may have just discovered the cause of the high murder rate. Hearing profanity shouted out on the street can't be good for peoples' tempers.

  9. ... are these guys rampant in your cities too...?

The only place I ever saw these cats was in New York. I was surprised to learn they were repping in Philly.

  10. I like to refer to them as "hate whitey"...it's nice to see them spreading their wings, branching out a bit. And what really amazes me??? They travel!!!! I like to throw pennies at them for the "cause". For some reason, it wasn't appreciated. Shame.

  11. "Thembi: See, this is why I've been forced to actively seek an interracial relationship."

    LOL, that's a wonderful thing!

I just love that they're hollerin all this bullshit about what the "black monsters" are doing to their families/kids.. yet this profanity laced rant is taking place right across the street from a toy store.

    idiots.

  12. I haven't seen them in a while, but the NYC Israelites used to have a bigger clothing budget. These guys look like Afrika Bambatta and the Soulsonic force on the cheap, while the NYC branch were a bit more GrandMaster Flash and the Furious Five and P-Funk. I expected the guitars to start wailing at any moment.

I caught some Long Island Israelites on public access cable not too long ago. They were low budget too. Turbans and t-shirts, if I remember correctly.

    Best fringe group ever, though.

They know the entertainment value of the gift of gab, I'll say that much.

  14. From the opening shot when I saw that it was Philly, I hung my head in shame. My hometown is loaded with crazies. I guess the cops are too busy investigating the 122 murders so far this year to clean this trash off our streets. Sad, sad. sad.

    Thembi, girl, I'm hearing you.

  15. Fucked up of me to say that, despite the hyperbole and name calling, there's a kernel of truth in what they say? A small kernel, but enough truth to make it uncomfortable and not just craziness.

  16. ^ But see... wouldn't you be willing to bet that that dude has cracked more than one female in the jaw?

    Anger is a bitch.

  17. The more interesting video is the one where this guy takes on a couple of Mormon proselytizers in the parking lot. You gootta give it to these guys for at least believing what they say.

  20. That guy is awesome!

I came back to this thread from an email notification, so I thought this was that other thread about the Korean girl. Therefore I expected the dude was gonna kick one of the Mormons in the nuts. This was way better.

I used to argue with Jehovah witnesses at my door (being an atheist) for fun. When Mormons came to my door I politely declined. Mostly out of fear. Dudes who look like that not being afraid of my neighborhood got balls of steel.

Not that my hood is all that bad, but still...

  21. "BLACK" man you can't be too true to the race if you have to address t the way you have. Have you ever thought a family consist of a father and a mother and that's what we are failing to teach our children. Come on "BLACK" you look and sound downright disgraceful; like you one of the problems. Teach family, self respect, love not hate and you'd get better results (From a happily married "Black" woman who with her "BLACK" husband has correctly raised a "BLACK" male).
