I first heard about Cornelius, the eccentric Japanese pop star (a.k.a. Keigo Oyamada), from my friend Pedro Bell. (Yes, I’m talking about the renowned Funkadelic album-cover artist.)Pedro’s taste in weirdness goes all the way back to his collegiate infatuations with Frank Zappa and Sun Ra.
