“Blackout” – the new independent film I blogged about two weeks ago – will be shown on BET tonight at 8 o’clock (Eastern and Pacific Time).
It’s an ensemble piece featuring Zoe Saldana, Jeffrey Wright, Melvin Van Peebles, Jamie Hector, LaTanya Richardson Jackson, and Saul Rubinek as “The Jew.” (I’m kidding. I mean, Rubinek’s in it, but I don’t know what his character is.)
BET Home Entertainment (via Paramount) is distributing “Blackout” on DVD. It’ll be in stores next week.

I am going to check it out. Thank you for the tip.
So... did anybody see it tonight?
I had already pre-ordered the DVD from Amazon, so I didn't watch on BET.
What did y'all think? Don't worry about spoilers. I just want to hear about the film.
I missed this joint. BET ain't usually dialed into my consciousness.
Damn! Is it gonna be rebroadcast?
dammit... i forgot it was gonna be on!
(good thing i have a DVD coupon to Borders this week, though...)
