Personal time

I will be blogging light... extremely light... for the next week or so, while attending to some personal affairs.

In the meantime... wow, so much drama this week. The Iowa caucuses, Letterman and Leno back on the air tonight (How will this affect the strike?).

Be back soon.

Enjoy the time, although 'personal' shit usually implies more work than is welcome.
The link above is to a site I've never been to before, courtesy of Mr. Sullivan over at the Atlantic.
I hope you get the time to read it.
Again, I've only skimmed it so far, but it seems more of the same.
"It's so bleak, bleak...where is the uplift?
Can't wait for the series return.
Be well.

Hope everything is well with you. If not, here's to things getting better.

I'm real interested in what effect the Letterman deal will have on the whole talk show landscape. I'll DVR the bunch of them, though I normally only watch Craig Ferguson, these days. And the Daily Show.

Venator: Thanks for that link! I see Simon has commented as well. He loves that serious people are talking seriously about the politics of the show... and the politics of its creator. It's all good!

Edshugeo: Thanks to you. According to Nikki Finke, Craig Ferguson's show tonight will be all WGA-written material... no guests! Just to prove a point.

Solidarity!

I enjoy watching Craig Ferguson but I am a loyal Conan fan. I guess I'll be switching back and forth.

Currently watching Letterman...he has a beard!

What's up with Conan's hairstyle? That big wave thing? Like Alfalfa's cowlick, is it his personality? Just a rhetorical question/random thought.

Happy new year, UBM!
