I like what I think she's trying to say....but the voice, delivery, and music don't do it for me on this song. I think it's simply a case of mismatchedness for this song. Somebody give this to Billie Holiday for a redo. I'll check out something else by her later
Just a bit of extra information Liza Lee wrote the song "Sorry Child".
