More of that ’60s soul fetish

Now Seal is getting in on the action.

  1. This must be his contribution to the Obama movement. Not as explicit as "Yes We Can", but message recieved.

He'll be singing this at the inaguration.

  3. This is the best I have ever heard Seal sound. I wish a buncch of R&B types wd get together and do a tribute album to Sam.

  4. Seal is good, but Sam Cooke was better.

  5. Very nice, interesting harmony here and there. I liked the brassy vamp but that would have been sweeter with a cranked guitar solo screaming with the horns and tail vocals.

    Sam Cooke #1
    Aaron Neville #2
    Seal #3

    Peace

  6. I fucking love Seal! This might be the only physical CD I buy this year.
    No Trevor Horn, though.

For me, Aaron Neville owns this song now.

  8. Gotdamn it!..

UMB, OK, ...I just took another listen to Aaron. His take is so different and unique, what can you say, ...like silk, ..velvet.

    I'd have to say,

Tied at #1 - Sam and Aaron
    Seal's got #2.

Another great one by Aaron is the song "Let the Circle Be Unbroken", that might not be the name but man that song is unbelievable! See if you can find it.

    Peace
