Venezuelan sax man Pablo Gil studied classical music in France. Then he earned a master’s degree in jazz performance from the City College of New York.

Gil has recorded with the Duke Ellington Orchestra, the Chico O’Farrill Big Band, Ron Carter, Steve Turre and others.
