  1. Once again proving that ventriloquism isn't funny.

  2. Okay. I thought it was funny, but wrong on too many levels to mention.

At least he didn't move his lips like Wayland Flowers did with Jiffy (and Madame).

  3. I'll cop to being a fan of ventriloquism. It's an extremely difficult art form, because to perform at pro level, you need to be slammin' in three areas: 1) puppeteering; 2) joke-telling; 3) ventriloquial technique.

When it comes to this guy, Jeff Dunham -- who is probably the most successful vent in the country right now -- I think he's only slammin' on the puppet-handling level.

  4. He wasn't funny.

Ventriloquist dolls creep me out - but I will admit to laughing a lot at Otto and George. You can see Otto's lips moving and the stuff that comes out of George's mouth is sick, but there's something about them that's funny. Also creepy if I think too much about how sick George is only saying what normal Otto thinks but won't say himself.

  5. One of the wackest things about The Worst Album Covers Ever website, aside from the obvious, is that some of those covers feature the artists with dummies. I don't know if the artists are ventriloquists, but if they are, what's the point of an album?

This is the website I actually had in mind: Worst Album Covers.

  10. I give him props for NOT moving his lips.

I have to co-sign with UBM on this one.

When he sucked his teeth, I fell out.

    I was done.
