I luv her! Well her first album. Then she kinda fell off. But she's got some pipes and some soul.

When I used to hang out at prince.org I saw her name mentioned a lot there. I thought she was one of his proteges, or something. I never got curious enough to really check her out, though.
ReplyDeleteI'm with you UBM, I never really got into her. A few of her songs were placed in big budget television ads ...she sounded like a fake-funky Sheryl Crow.

She has always reminded me of Tina Turner. I think if you saw her live you would understand the hype.
