Ludicrous

Ludacris shoulda stayed eating chicken and drinking beer. He has as much business talking politics as I do rapping.

Luda put out a 2-minute track called “Politics as Usual,” in which he praises Obama... and trash-talks Hillary, Jesse, McCain and Bush.

Yeah, Ludacris calls Sen. Clinton a “bitch.” (Which is exactly what a rap star should do right now if he wants to help Barack win. Sheesh...)

Today the song was condemned as “outrageously offensive” by Obama campaign spokesman Bill Burton. “While Ludacris is a talented individual, he should be ashamed of these lyrics."

Here’s the audio of “Politics as Usual”:

  1. I just saw Bill O'Reilly talking about this a minute ago. Maybe Luda's trying to be the Rev. Wright of rap. Guess Obama'll have to distance himself from hip-hop now.

  2. ^ Sean Hannity's going off on it, too.

    Luda needs his ass whipped.

  3. Hey there!

It is quite interesting to me the way that the Obama team is QUICK to use the terms "offensive" when black people do anything that is out of line but they HAVE YET to use that term when whites are slamming his wife and children...a NY exhibit where his own children's photos were displayed with "nappy headed hoes" over it... Obama had no rebuke about that exhibit... no rebuke about the NY magazine cover...

I am tired of seeing a brotha kissing as much white behind as possible just to get a job... it is the most powerful job in the world but where is self-respect as a black man?

    Hmmmph.

  4. I feel you, Lisa. But think about what Barack's trying to do. He ain't running against John McCain... he's running against the biggest, baddest bogeyman America ever created: the Black Male Image.

He's gotta convince millions upon millions of white folks he's intellectually competent... psychologically sound... morally non-threatening... spiritually non-alien... and still hit the three-point shot.

It's amazing he hasn't collapsed already from the stress.

I've already been fearing how quickly four years in office will age him. I suspect the phrase "black don't crack" will be debunked by 2012 because this would wear on anyone.

  6. The fact that he starts off all his songs with LEWDA should be a crime.

Didn't Jay-Z pen the same song?

    Never mind. I'm done.

  9. Wow another one of Obamas "friends" and "favorites" in action.

Does this man think before he declares people his "favorite","friend"
    or "mentor" ????

I know that Obama had nothing to do with this song (or did he??) BUT it is just another illustration on how this man by way of his choices of "friends" and "favorites" is in NO way fit to lead this country. I mean when BO said that Ludacris was his "favorite" rapper did he ever stop and think about what this guy says in his songs?

I hope his daughters like LUDA too so they can grow up to be one of the HOES from "I Got Hoe's"

Obama....what a joke this guy is.

Im sure we are racist for calling him out on this though.....RIGHT Larry?????

He should. I'm much happier now that I've distanced myself.

    Seriously.

  11. he (obama) was recently taken to task for calling himself a "symbol". he's going to be the first so he IS a symbol. so he shouldn't pick luda as his favorite.

  12. In the below quote, isn't Ron Artest dissing the rest of the black basketball players? Have any of Ron's songs endorsed Sen. Obama?

"I understand what Yao said, but I'm still ghetto," said Artest. "That's not going to change. I'm never going to change my culture. Yao has played with a lot of black players, but I don't think he's ever played with a black player that really represents his culture as much as I represent my culture. Once Yao Ming gets to know me, he'll understand what I'm about. If you go back to the brawl, that's a culture issue right there. Somebody was disrespecting me, so he's got to understand where I'm coming from. People that know me know that Ron Artest never changed."

  13. Does the RNC or its equivalent (sic) PAY these folks to assist in denigrating the candidate?

McCain and neos need no assistance
