There you can peek into the dark souls of Hillary Clinton’s most ardent supporters... a pack of irrational haters who seem proud that their most important decision as citizens – their choice for president – will be determined wholly by spite.
They’re childish, often vulgar, and without shame. And they call themselves Democrats. They’re an embarrassment to Sen. Clinton.
Here is a sample of the give-and-take at No Quarter today:
ROSEERITER: ... Hillary doesn’t tell me or many others how to vote. We can think and see with our own eyes how bad the Democratic Party is right now. All they can see is win at all costs and supporting the puppet, Obama is not the right thing to do.
Party loyalty and oaths are for bots.
UNDERCOVER BLACK MAN: But I don’t understand. Won’t a Democrat in the White House be CRUCIAL to attaining Sen. Clinton’s most important goal… health-care reform?
McCain in the White House means no health-care reform.
So how is that being true to Hillary? I don’t get it at all. Do the issues mean nothing? Is it all about runaway emotions, personalized politics and grudge-holding?
CLINTON FAN: No, not at all.
A vet0-proof Congress can force McCain to do damn near anything, save wear a purple tutu and dance on his toes.
Clinton can herd that health care package through the legislative process without too much trouble, and a majority legislature can override any McCain veto.
Another bozo who slept through that civics class…
UBM: Ahhh… I get it now. And you attain that veto-proof Democratic majority in Congress by trashing and sliming the top of the ticket!
I’m so glad I can come here and get educated. (And called names to boot!)
NY STILL LOVES HILLARY: I supported Hillary because she is true to me and issues that are important to me, not the other way around. I don’t do anything because she tells me to. She is paid to represent me, not vice versa.
You guys keep missing the point – it’s not about Clinton anymore. It’s about saving America, democracy, and the Constitution.
If you have been called names here at NQ, you must realize that many Obama supporters have been coming here for months calling us every name imaginable, slinging mud and epithets, and doing whatever they can to aggravate us. If you find this behavior offensive, we’d all appreciate a word from your candidate asking people to stop “for the sake of party unity”. So far, it’s been pretty quiet….

KEVIN: FUN OBAMA FACTS:
When he farts, it smells like roses
When he takes a dump, nothing comes out, it just magically appears in the toilet, call it the immaculate defecation.
he is the only male to experience multiple orgasms
when he smiles, god smiles
when he cries, god kicks a puppy
HE liberated auschwitz, HE gave his uncle credit because his uncle was sad
A lot of kids wear superman pajamas, superman wears Obama pajamas (from the chuck norris facts page)
he can calm the hulk down with his melodious voice and a scratch behind the ears.
UBM: First time being old enough to vote, dude?
KEVIN: CARTER
MONDALE
DUKAKIS
CLINTON
CLINTON
GORE
KERRYCLINTON
MCCAIN
dude?
UBM: Cool. So you’re used to voting for losers.
KEVIN: Best part of you ran down the crack of your momma’s ass and wound up as a brown stain on the mattress, you’ve been cheated!
You went back for seconds of the koolaide didn’t you?
Your psedonym makes one think you’re one of those suburban hip hop white kids, size 8 hat with the stickers on it, sean jon top, baggy pants hanging round your ass, wearing whiter than white air forces unlaced.
What’s the word I’m thinking of?
Somebody help me out.
I tried to read it. It was impossible. At least they won't win in November ... actually, they will win but they won't realize it. They are deluded enough to think McCain will do more for them than Obama, so they'll continue to be haters after Obama wins, and will spend the rest of their lives thinking what we needed in 2008 was another term for Bush. They aren't worth your time.
ReplyDeleteI wonder how they process their thoughts and not think they are racist?
ReplyDeleteThey aren't worth your time.
ReplyDeleteWell, I won't be making a habit of it, that's for sure. But I can't help wondering... How did something so good -- a Democratic primary race that got tens of millions of voters pumped up -- turn into something so grim and nasty?
I wonder how they process their thoughts and not think they are racist?
ReplyDeleteIt's damn-near comical how they project all of their negative shit onto Obama. To them, Obama's the racist, Obama's the negative campaigner.
So ya took a dip in the ol' cesspool, huh?
ReplyDeleteIt's only in the last couple of weeks ago that I've spent any time at the Hillarista blogs. Man! Whatta bunch of fruitcakes! The thing that gets me is the Obama supporters are supposed to be "cultists" but these people aren't drinking the Kool-Aid, they're swimming in it!
^ Indeed. It's insane... "projection" run amok. Every sin or flaw they ascribe to Obama, they embrace and exemplify.
ReplyDeleteMaybe I'm just feeling charitable because the O man won, but I don't bear many hard feelings toward Hill for all the shit she pulled during the primary. Even if she'd won I would have pulled the lever for her in November without much trouble. Life's too short! But these people! They literally wallow in their own vomit.
ReplyDeleteYour psedonym makes one think you’re one of those suburban hip hop white kids, size 8 hat with the stickers on it, sean jon top, baggy pants hanging round your ass, wearing whiter than white air forces unlaced.
ReplyDeleteDid you just get called a wigger? LMAO!
"Your psedonym makes one think you’re one of those suburban hip hop white kids, size 8 hat with the stickers on it, sean jon top, baggy pants hanging round your ass, wearing whiter than white air forces unlaced."
ReplyDeleteDavid definitely is not a kid.
UBM - Hope you had a nice long shower after.
ReplyDeleteTim Wise (author of White Like Me) released this article, "Your Whiteness is Showing".
I won't be heading over there so maybe you can tell me...
ReplyDelete...are these people all planning to vote for McCain?
They remind me of overwrought high school students whose candidate for homecoming queen didn't make the ballot.
UBM,
ReplyDeleteI find it amazing, how the Democrat blogs have the most hateful, racist and inflammatory people who think they are the guardians of liberality. It seems that these closed minded people are so secure in their inclusiveness that they can cast racial epithets at someone just for having doubleplussungoodthink.
Most Americans forget that it was not the Party of Lincoln that invented Jim Crow and segregation, and the decendants may be reverting to type.
I second what anon at 8:16 says. I've been on the "far left" so long that I forgot what the real score was. There are a lot of people who are "Democrats" in the cultural sense who don't really subscribe to the "official party line" about racial equality, tolerance and so forth. Scratch 'em and their inner Bubba oozes out. Does anybody really think these folks would be so bent out of shape if it had been John Edwards that won the primary instead of Obama?
ReplyDeleteSounds like you ran into that WALL I discover a lot of times when I try to talk politics. And many of these people you were trying to sway seem much more taken with Hillary than with the DNC platform. It's all about the cult of personality.
ReplyDeleteWhich unfortunately has been my biggest fear around Obama (i.e. that when you get past the soundbite there's no there there). That's probably not true. Anyone with the drive to even seriously run for the The Prez has to have something on the ball.
Wanted to point out this NYT article about Michelle Obama. This article does a great job of letting you know who she really is. Very Positive! I can now feel good about her being 1st Lady. Just wish they'd get more pictures of her in a good mood. :)
...are these people all planning to vote for McCain?
ReplyDeleteYes, quirkychick, that's what they say. "Never Obama... Hello, McCain in November."
But see, they must vote for McCain. Psychologically, the only way their spite can be satisfied is if Obama loses in November... thus proving that they were right all along about Obama being "unelectable."
Yes, we're in the middle of an insane war in Iraq, and this bullshit will be influencing Democratic voters.
These are not people seeking Democratic ideals, these are those same liberal racists who talked a good game about black equality and turned out to be the ones we had to watch our backs with the most after the movement era.
ReplyDeleteI'm a Democrat but I gotta say, you meet a white conservative who really believes in merit and they turn out to be a Black person's best friend and supporter. Meet a liberal and you'll have a great time until they start feeling comfortable enough to ask to touch your hair and all the rest of that 'my best friend is a Negro" shit.
That's a lesson that's been very tough to learn over the years.
Kevin was wrong on several points, but most importantly..
ReplyDeleteI ALSO ACHEIVE MULTIPLE MALE ORGASMS.
I'm a Democrat but I gotta say, you meet a white conservative who really believes in merit and they turn out to be a Black person's best friend and supporter.
ReplyDeleteDeep, Eric. Deep deep deep!
I was trying to give the Democratic Obama-haters the benefit of the doubt, thinking "Hey, they're just passionately into Hillary."
But yeah... there's probably something else going on in there. A definite sense that Barack Obama doesn't know his place.
i was reading this article today over at black america web
ReplyDeletehttp://www.blackamericaweb.com/site.aspx/sayitloud/weathersbee618
this is what stood out the most to me:
And even though most of them are more likely to receive more insults from Cheney than their fantasy of sharing a beer with him or Bush, they won’t care. He’s white, and they’re white.
i think that is pretty much the bottom line. of course they would never admit to that - but we all know, and based on the validity (or lack there of) of most of their comments, it's getting more and more difficult to disguise.
http://www.blackamericaweb.com/site.aspx/sayitloud/weathersbee618
ReplyDelete... where's the stuff about Hillary supporters? That looks like what I see when I comment on any sort of Dem leaning blog, regardless of the topic.
ReplyDeleteThis isn't new. This is just the first time you've been on the other side of it.
^ This isn't new.
ReplyDeleteDemocrats trying to destroy the Democratic nominee isn't new? Whatchu talkin bout, Phelps?
I can't BELIEVE some of those comments!
ReplyDeleteDemocrats trying to destroy the Democratic nominee isn't new?
ReplyDeleteMaybe it is, but a significant portion of Democrats responding with crude vitriol to any person who disagrees with them isn't new.
Seriously, this is how they have responded to people with conservative leanings for over a decade. Why would they learn new behavior for this? That's like expecting the freepers to react well to McCain supporters.
"Cool, so you're used to voting for losers." Best comeback ever! LOL
ReplyDeleteSeriously, this is how they have responded to people with conservative leanings for over a decade.
ReplyDeleteAhh. I suppose that's right.
The whole culture has gotten nastier and nastier. And it's distressing.
Mr. Mills,
ReplyDeleteHillary supporters are angry because to a "progressive" the end justifies the means.
Remember, Democrats are still lamenting about the nature of the 2000 election. This subset of Democratic voters that supported Hillary really believed in the "count every vote" mantra. She really did win the popular vote according to those who believed in the phony mantra.
In addition, the media has been pushing Hillary to step aside for months now even though she had been on an impressive winning streak AND carried ALL the swing states.
They aren't mad because they are racist. This is just the liberal's sorry attempt to deflect people's attention from the real anger and frustration of Hillary supporters.
Add to the mix the idea that President Bush was extremely unqualified as a two-term governor according to the "progressive" mindset and you can see why Hillary supporters see Obama in the very same manner... Incredibly underqualified.
Kevin's snotty comment leads me to believe you somehow have that undercover thing working all the way through the flying electrons on the net UBM.
ReplyDeleteAnyway, I would never ever visit those sites and read them, never mind comment. That seems like some sad little bar where all the drinkers at one time could have been a somebody.
After my third shot, I would just kill myself by choking on my swizzle.
^ Thanks, RC. The worst consequence of reading those hate-blogs is... one perhaps over-estimates the degree to which human nature itself is wretched... and over-estimates the degree to which we are all susceptible to "the madness of crowds."
ReplyDeleteFor my own mental health, I better leave it alone.
But how many of those commenters are real people, as opposed to being Republican sock-puppets? It has happened before, after all.
ReplyDeleteAnd it doesn't even have to be a deliberate ploy by the McCain camp. Say you're a Republican manager in Idaho. It's 3 pm, and you're bored out of your gourd. Why not post something ridiculous, and watch the lemmings jump? Could be kinda fun. (lol)
"... in 2006 a top staffer for then-Congressman Charlie Bass (R-NH) was caught posing as a "concerned" supporter of Bass's opponent, Democrat Paul Hodes, on several liberal New Hampshire blogs, using the pseudonyms "IndieNH" or "IndyNH." "IndyNH" expressed concern that Democrats might just be wasting their time or money on Hodes, because Bass was unbeatable."
ReplyDeleteBut how many of those commenters are real people, as opposed to being Republican sock-puppets?
ReplyDeletemint_tea, the No Quarter blog has clocked more than 3,000 comments in just the past 24 hours.
And No Quarter is just one of several Obama-trashing Democrat blogs.
If the Republicans had their shit that together, they would've captured Osama Bin Laden, opened Wal-Marts in Iraq, and built golf courses on the moon.
No, we're dealing with "the madness of crowds" here... some David Cronenberg-type shit... They're all rabid!
Righteous liberal hatred devouring the organs of its own hosts.
Not sure if you saw this bit of random wrongness: http://obensonreport.blogspot.com/2008/06/freedom-of-speech-just-watch-what-you.html
ReplyDelete^ Yeah, Tambay... HickTown Press turned me on to that. I just been so wigged out on the "whitey" rumor and the pro-Hillary hateblogs that I let it slide.
ReplyDeleteHere's what I'm really tripping about: You got Thordaddy commenting on your site now? And saying something sensible? I'm jealous, mang!
Josh is a regular negrologist...,
ReplyDelete^ Shoot, Craig, somebody gotta figure our crazy asses out!
ReplyDeleteUBM...
ReplyDeleteAll I can say is...
SALUTE,
R
^ Cheers, R. Don't know what I did to earn a salute, but I gratefully acknowledge.
