i am so glad you posted this. me and my kids have been doing that knuckle jab thing for five years or whenever HBO first started airing da ali G show.
i hasten to add that i am white and not a terrorist. i never even knew this was supposed to be a cool "black thing." i am raising my kids to be colorblind if at all possible but also be sensitive to all people.
we just like doing it!

hardly. it's called reporting. if people say it was a terrorist fist jab, responsible reporters take the time to research the origins or debunk stupid crap fox people say.
Thank you for finding that segment. I know that it may be wrong to let something so silly bother me so much, but the “Terrorist Fist Jab” thing has done so to a larger degree than many presumably more important issues. I think it might have something to do with how openly the media has perverted itself from being a purveyor of facts and information, turning itself into a clearinghouse for self-generated propaganda and hate speech. Or maybe I just need a thicker skin.
