Here’s the video for a track called “Convict Colony” from Saul Williams’s “Niggy Tardust” album, which was produced by Trent Reznor (and which I blogged about last December).
dope. too indigenous or wild, i suppose, for civilized niggas who prefer he hide behind a book. nice to see a black man not be defined by the cliche' codified (read: fake) codes of masculinity. I for one know a few sistahs who find that kind of thing sexy.
I came across an online community for individual seeking interracial love. It is ++++((((---Blackwhitemeet. C O M))))++++ All singles there are seeking interracial relationships. Interracial is not a problem here, but a great merit to cherish!

I saw him in concert a few months ago. I've always adored him but I just didn't "get it" all.
^ Interesting. I wouldn't be tempted to see him live. Well, maybe in a spoken-word context, but not a rock-'n'-roll context.
But I do like the degrees of vibe and concept he brings to a sonic or visual canvas.
He's such a performer but I was thrown off by the skintight pants and feathers in his hair.
He said something I loved, though:
"Nigger is such an ugly word. But Niggy? That's cute."

Nope, you're still not black.
